The Rhode Island Coalition for Children and Families (RICCF) held its FY2027 Budget and Legislative Priorities Briefing at the Rhode Island State House on Tuesday, February 10. The briefing brought together legislative leaders, service providers, and advocates to highlight policy and budget actions needed to ensure children and families across Rhode Island continue to have access to essential supports, create a strong children’s behavioral health system of care, and support families’ economic well-being and basic needs.
